You provide us personal information when you submit an online form for purposes such as creating an account or requesting a catalog. Our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address.

Any personally identifiable information obtained with your permission may be used to contact you for business or marketing purposes. However, we will not provide that information to third parties, except for business or marketing purposes pertaining to your relationship with Spectro Wire. It is your responsibility to keep Spectro Wire’s user ID’s and passwords which access your Spectro Wire account information confidential. Notify Spectro Wire to change your Spectro Wire account password. Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spectro Wire & Cable. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1‐3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

NOTE: Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Additional Information

• MINIMUM ORDER: $25.00 .
• DELIVERY: Most items are in stock for immediate shipment.
• RETURNS: No returns after 30 days. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
• TAXES: All prices are subject to Federal, State and Local taxes when and where applicable.
• PRICES: Subject to change without notice.
• CREDIT: We require 5 trade references to establish an open account.
• CLAIMS: Claims for shortages, erroneous charges or pricing errors must be phoned in and presented to Spectro Wire within 30 days of invoice date or will not be allowed.
• BACKORDERS: Backorders will be shipped freight prepaid as soon as item is in stock if the backorder totals $50.00 or more ‐ otherwise the backorder will be cancelled.
• SPECIAL OR MADE TO ORDER: Made to order ie: Battery Cables, Booster Cables, Wire Dyeing and Striping are non‐returnable, non‐refundable, and noncancelable if product is already made. For custom packaging requests on terminals and ties, please contact Sales.
